Service Description

Let's work with dandelions! Class will be about 3 hours long. In this class we will make tea, spaghetti, fritters, and cookies. A recipe book will be given for all of the ways to use dandelion so you can take it home and make it again. As we are creating and sampling, we will discuss how to better utilize this "weed" that grows everywhere and the benefits of using the plant from root to flower. All items made will be portioned out to the class to take home. **Send me an email to sign up- a minimum of 6 students are required to run the class**
