Shipping within Canada

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we ship for free within Canada for orders $120+

What is flat rate shipping under $120?

We offer a flat rate of $18 anywhere in Canada for orders $0–$119.99

What carriers do you ship with?

We ship all orders through Canada Post. All Canadian orders ship expedited at no extra cost.

What are your shipping policies?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.
Tracking information is provided with your shipping confirmation.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the parcel.

Beausejour Pickup

Do you offer pickup at your store?

Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–4:30pm.

Saturday pickup may be arranged by request — please call or email us in advance. Please wait until you receive your fulfillment email before coming to pick up your order.

If local Pickup is selected for an order that requires shipping, an $18 invoice will be sent before the order is shipped.

How do I choose Local Pickup?

At checkout, you can choose to "ship" or "pickup" your order. Please choose pickup and we will let you know when your order is ready.

We do not currently ship to the U.S.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

At Mossy Birch Homestead, every botanical blend and skincare treatment is thoughtfully handcrafted in micro-batches using premium, land-based ingredients. Because of the natural, artisanal nature of our creations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

To maintain the uncompromising integrity of our line, our studio adheres to a strict final sale policy based on three core commitments:

Product Safety: Once a collection leaves our homestead, we cannot guarantee it has remained pristine, unopened, and free from contamination.
Hygiene Standards: High-performance skincare is deeply personal. We prioritize the safety and purity of every jar, serum, and bottle we ship.
Environmental Responsibility: In alignment with our commitment to the land, we minimize unnecessary ecological waste. Returned skincare cannot be legally restocked or resold, resulting in discarded botanicals.

We recognize that choosing skincare online requires careful consideration. To ensure you find your perfect match, we highly encourage reviewing our ingredient portfolios and product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

Please note: All promotional items, special capsule collections, discounted products, sample sizes, subscription orders, and gift-with-purchase sets are strictly final sale and excluded from return or exchange.

My products arrived damaged. What do I do?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly make it right.
Please email us at erica@mossybirchhomestead.ca within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement. We cannot process replacements without photo documentation.

I purchased my products at a third-party retailer and I want to return it.

If you gathered your Mossy Birch Homestead goods from one of our wonderful retail partners, please connect with that specific shop regarding returns or exchanges. Since those purchases weren't made directly through us, we're unable to process returns on our end.
