The Provenance:  An exclusive offering for the discerning palate. Our Scots Pine (Pinus sylvestris) needles are meticulously hand-selected and harvested ethically. To ensure freshhness, each batch is harvested exclusively upon order, capturing the peak concentration of natural Vitamin C and living antioxidants.
 
Preserving the Freshness: To maintain the vibrancy and medicine in the living needles, this tea must be stored in the refrigerator or freezer upon arrival. Allowing the needles to dry compromises the delicate, aromatic oils  and vitamin C that define this exceptional brew.
 
The Perfect Pour: Gently bruise two tablespoons of fresh needles and place them into your vessel. Bring fresh water to a rolling boil, then pour directly over the needles. Allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes to release the crisp, resinous notes, then strain. Never boil the needles directly in water.
